What helps us answer

• Whether you used the website or an AI assistant (and which one).
• The measurements and options you entered (layout, lengths in inches, island, backsplash, sink), or the exact question you asked the assistant.
• What you expected to see and what you got instead.

Please do not send photos of your home, your address or payment details. We do not need them.

What we can help with

• How the calculator measures corners, islands, backsplash and slabs.
• Where a price range comes from. Every source is linked and dated on the calculator page.
• A result that looks wrong, or a problem connecting the AI assistant tool.

What we cannot do

• Give a quote or a guaranteed price. Our numbers are planning estimates from published national ranges; see the terms.
• Measure your kitchen, book an installer or speak for any countertop company.

The AI assistant tool

The tool runs the same calculator. It can estimate countertop cost from your measurements and compare material prices per square foot, up to five materials at a time. It is read-only: it asks for no personal details, shows no ads or phone numbers, and keeps only daily usage totals (no questions, IP addresses or browser details). If an assistant gives a number that looks off, check it on the calculator page, which shows every line item. The privacy page explains what the tool receives and the daily totals we keep.
